I have an excellent fly guide who was trained in Alaska and has his own 23' super panga. Sierra Mackerel, Jacks, Pargo, Roosterfish, Dorado and all kinds of reef fish are possible targets. We recommend 300 to 400 grain sinking tidbit, klauser streamers and colorful flies for the reef species. Anything that simulates sardine, squid and anchovy are a good choice as well. A Popper is also great. The cost for an 8 hour guided trip is $400 US. We have some fly gear gut it is better that you bring your own, ours is always slightly worse for wear. |
